Aaron Plawke

Aaron Plawke, MBA, has extensive experience in business management and sales within the construction and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving in a business management role at Construction Edmonton since December 2024, Aaron has held multiple leadership positions, including General Manager and Sales Manager at Top Shelf Closets and Glass since April 2020, and Director of Sales and Marketing at Hammerstone Infrastructure Materials Ltd. from October 2018 to February 2020. Aaron’s expertise encompasses strategic planning, operational improvements, sales management, and quality control, alongside a strong background in budgetary planning and lean manufacturing techniques. Furthermore, Aaron has played pivotal roles in fostering workplace safety, training employees, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Aaron holds an MBA from the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution.
