Jay Millstone

Jay Millstone has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, working in various leadership roles in the insurance industry. Jay is currently the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Topa Insurance Company, where they are responsible for driving process improvement and overseeing reporting, planning, and data finance functions. Prior to this, Jay worked as the Director of Financial Analysis at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they led a cross-functional project to enhance reporting and planning for financial and operational KPIs. Jay also served as the Director of FP&A at Zipcar for a short period. Before that, Jay held multiple roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Small Commercial segment and Market Financial Manager. In these positions, they led teams, managed financial analysis, and played a key role in budgeting and planning processes.

Jay Millstone has a strong educational background in finance. Jay holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on finance from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business. Prior to their MBA, Jay obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in finance from two institutions, the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
