Adam Bailey

Adam Bailey has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they co-founded and became CTO of Topanga.io, a technology and services platform built for brands to implement reusable packaging systems. In 2020, they co-founded Topanga Supply, the first delivery market in Los Angeles that packaged products exclusively in reusable packaging. From 2018 to 2020, Adam worked at sweetgreen as a Manager of Data Engineering and Analytics Engineer, where they made contributions across data platform, data engineering, and analytics functions. In 2017, they co-founded and became Managing Director of Data Potential, Inc. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at MD Revolution as a Strategic Analyst and Senior Associate of Operations. In 2014, they interned at Clearwater Capital Partners, where they were involved in business development and performance reporting in the Asian distressed debt and special situations investments space. In 2013 and 2012, they were a Summer Analyst at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P., where they conducted equity research in various sectors.

Adam Bailey obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Virginia in 2015. In 2018, they obtained a Marketing Analytics certification from Coursera.
