Molly McBee Holtfrerich

Molly McBee Holtfrerich began their work experience as a US National Team Member for USA Water Polo in 2006. Molly later transitioned to various roles in different organizations, including a Business Development Intern at Bayimba Cultural Foundation in 2012 and Teams & Toys Director at Athletes in Action in the same year. In 2013, they co-founded Prep, Shop, Eat! before joining Mercer Digital in 2014. At Mercer Digital, they held multiple roles such as Analyst, Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Business Development Manager. Their most recent role was as VP of Customer Base Sales at TopBloc in August 2021, where they focused on helping customers improve and optimize their enterprise with Workday.

Molly McBee Holtfrerich graduated as Valedictorian and Athlete of the Year from Palos Verdes High School in 2010. Molly then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology from Princeton University, graduating in 2014. Molly later obtained certifications in Project Management Professional and various Workday modules.
