Donald Spikes

Donald Spikes currently serves as Division Manager at USI Building Solutions since October 2023 and has been a Human Resources Business Partner at TopBuild since June 2019. With extensive experience in human resources, Donald held several senior management positions at the United States Department of Defense from May 1994 to May 2019, overseeing HR functions for large organizations, including recruitment, employee relations, and legal compliance. Donald's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University, an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from American InterContinental University, and a certification in Web Page and Multimedia Design from Penn Foster Group.
