Gwen Nuckols is an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal at TopBuild since February 2022, previously holding the position of Litigation Paralegal at both Masco Corporation and TopBuild. With extensive experience in managing complex legal matters, Gwen has overseen Auto Liability, Completed Operations, Construction Defect, Employment, and General Liability cases across the U.S., handling tasks such as the retention of outside counsel, case management, settlement negotiations, and billing approvals. Prior roles include a decade at Masco Corporation in various legal capacities, as well as positions at Butzel Long, Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, Amerisure Insurance, and Wayne State University, effectively supporting legal teams through administrative and paralegal functions.
