Jennifer Shoffner has an extensive background in Human Resources, having held various positions at companies such as TopBuild, Liberty Hardware, and Advanced Home Care. Jennifer currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at TopBuild and previously held roles such as Vice President of Talent Management and Vice President of Human Resources at Liberty Hardware. Jennifer holds a MBA in Business from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, as well as a BS in Business Administration.
