Neil Hartzell

Neil Hartzell has a diverse and extensive work experience in logistics and transportation management. Neil is currently the VP of Logistics at TopBuild since June 2021. Prior to their current role, they worked as the VP of Supply Chain and Logistics at PHM Brands from July 2019 to June 2021. Before that, Neil was a Transportation Operations Manager at Amazon from May 2017 to July 2019. Neil also served as the Director of Logistics at 3D Corporate Solutions, LLC from August 2015 to May 2017, and as a Senior Manager of Transportation at Ardent Mills from June 2014 to August 2015. Neil's career includes a position as the Director of Transportation and Logistics at ConAgra Foods from December 2004 to June 2014 and as a General Manager at Covan World Wide Movers Inc from February 2003 to December 2004. Neil worked as an Intermodal Operations Manager at Union Pacific Railroad from June 1996 to August 2001. Neil began their professional journey as an Air Traffic Controller in the United States Air Force from February 1989 to June 1996.

Neil Hartzell attended Penn State University from 1986 to 1988, where they did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. Neil later pursued a degree in Aeronautical Sciences at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1992 to 1995.
