Paula Britton

Paula Britton, CTP, APA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Senior Accounting Manager at TopBuild since March 2024, Paula previously held the position of Joint Interest Manager at Marathon Oil Corporation from September 2019 to March 2024. Prior to that, Paula worked at Newfield Exploration for 18 years, progressively advancing from Cost Accounting Manager to Treasury Manager and Financial Analyst, overseeing teams responsible for cost management, cash operations, and accounting system implementations. Paula's early career includes auditing at Arthur Andersen LLP and service as a Patriot Missile Crewmember in the US Army from 1988 to 1992. Paula holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston.
