Lana Bishop

Lana Bishop has a long history of work experience, beginning in 1996 when they were an Executive Assistant at WB39. Lana then went on to work at Choctaw Communications dba Smoke Signal Communications as the Marketing & Communications Director from 1996-2001, during which time they successfully led marketing strategies that increased market share in 17 states leading to 200K+ customers in two-year span. Lana also designed and executed a program to deliver point-of-sale collateral and sign-up procedures to 40,000 retail locations.

In 2001, they returned to Automated Voice & Data Solutions as the Business Manager, and then moved to Woodland Heights Condo Association as the Board President in 2014.

In 2006, they began working at Tribute Direct as the Director of Operations, where they built and managed operations processes to support the start-up firm. Lana was able to decrease costs by 19% by establishing and managing outsourced partnership for after-hours 24/7 support during funeral emergencies, and implemented inventory audit and tracking, resulting in a 30% insurance premium reduction.

Finally, in 2019, they joined TopBuilder CRM as the Client Services Manager and Marketing Manager.

Lana Bishop attended the University of Houston from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.
