Wolfgang Tatzer has a diverse and extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Starting in 1990, they worked at Telair Int'l as a Manager of Customer Support until 1996. From 1997 to 2003, they served as the Managing Director of the Service Center EMEA at Telair Int'l Services. Wolfgang then joined Telair Int'l as the Director of Global Customer Services from 2003 to 2004. After that, they worked at TatzerConsult as an Aerospace Consultant from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2013, they held the position of Business Manager at Satair. In 2014, they became the Director of Product Management - Cargo Business at Satair Group. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Telair International GmbH. Following that, they became the President and General Manager at Telair Europe (a TDG company) from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are the CEO of Topcast, starting in June 2023.
Wolfgang Tatzer has a diverse education history. In 1983, they attended the University of Applied Sciences Munich in Germany and graduated in 1987 with a Dipl. Ing. (FH) degree in Aeronautics. Following this, they pursued further education in the field of psychology and coaching. From 2004 to 2005, they attended the Gesellschaft für systemische Therapie und Beratung, where they obtained a Master of Systemic Counseling degree with a specialization in Systemic Coaching & Systemic Supervision. In 2005, they enrolled in the Ammersee Institut and completed a Certified Systemic Coach program, focusing on Systemic Psychology for Families and Organizations. Most recently, in 2018, Wolfgang Tatzer attended the USC / Marshall School of Business for the Transdigm Leadership Development Program.
