Andy Broccolo

Andrew Broccolo serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Topco Associates LLC since July 2012, overseeing legal matters for a $15B grocery cooperative as a member of the executive committee. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Highland Ventures, LTD, where responsibilities included redeveloping and managing a portfolio of 800 retail sites. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as Vice President & Counsel at Sayers, providing legal guidance and serving on the executive committee of a technology solutions provider. Additional experience includes a role as Vice President of Corporate Development at Netgov.com, focusing on consolidating regional software providers, and earlier positions as an Attorney at Vedder Price and Associate at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly. Andrew began their career with a summer internship at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from Miami University.
