Prior to this, Tinusha founded Aerhealth, a platform for personalized management of digestive disorders, and participated in The NEF+ Programme. With a background in digital marketing and entrepreneurship, Tinusha has experience in developing business plans, financial forecasting, market research, and managing teams. Tinusha's diverse experience ranges from being a former professional tennis player to working in wealth management at Merrill Lynch. Their educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern California and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Sussex.
