David Cape-Brown is currently the Head of Culture & Engagement at TOPdesk since April 2006. Prior to that, David has held various roles within sales, marketing, and branch management at the company. Before joining TOPdesk, David worked as a Professional Actor at Nelson Browne Management Ltd and also has experience as a Customer Support Specialist at Bank of America. David has a MA in Acting from Arts Educational Schools London and a BA in English/Drama from the University of Hull.
