Dóra Kárász

Dóra Kárász has worked in various HR roles throughout their career. Dóra is currently employed as a Human Resources Generalist at TOPdesk since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at NCH Europe as an HR and Compensation Administrator from November 2018 to June 2021. Before that, they held a role as an HR Assistant at Criterion from July 2018 to October 2018. Additionally, Dóra has experience in the hospitality industry, where they worked at AmRest. Their roles at AmRest included Assistant Store Manager - People Manager, Product and Facility Manager, Shift Supervisor, and Barista from June 2017 to July 2018, March 2016 to June 2017, November 2015 to March 2016, and October 2014 to November 2015, respectively.

Dóra Kárász began their education in 2012 at Budapest Business University, where they pursued a field of study in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager. Dóra completed their studies in 2014 and obtained a yet-to-be-named degree. In 2018, Dóra attended NovoSchool, specializing in Payroll and Social Insurance Administration, earning an NTR degree. Currently, they are enrolled at Budapest Business University since 2019, where they are working towards a Bachelor's degree in Economist in Human Resource Management, which they expect to complete in 2023.
