Natalia van Schie

Natalia van Schie has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in both strategic and operational roles. In their current position as HR Manager at Topgeschenken Nederland B.V., they contribute to the development and implementation of the company's long-term vision. Natalia is responsible for optimizing and implementing the strategic HR policies and processes, as well as overseeing the HR team. Previously, Natalia worked as an external HR advisor at JANé Accountants & Adviseurs, where they emphasized the importance of building a strong team to improve business results. Prior to that, they served as an HR Business Partner at PostNL, providing advice and support to the management teams of Marketing and Business Security departments.
