Einat Anidjar

Einat Anidjar has extensive work experience in supply chain management and production planning. From 2023 onwards, they will be the Head of Supply Chain at TopGum Industries. Prior to that, they worked at SodaStream International, Ltd. where they held the positions of Head of Production & Capacity Planning and Operational Strategy & Capacity Planning Manager from 2021 to 2023. In their role at Lycored, they served as the Head of Global Supply Chain, overseeing supply chain teams in Israel, Europe, and the USA from 2018 to 2021. Einat also held the role of Global Demand and S&OP Leader from 2017 to 2018, where they implemented an S&OP process and managed the JDA system for managing global demand, MRP, and production/procurement. Prior to that, they were the Economics Department Manager at Lycored from 2015 to 2017, and an Economist from 2011 to 2015, where they were responsible for sales and profit analysis, inventory costing analysis, and economic feasibility studies.

Einat Anidjar attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
