Nguyen Ngoc Tam has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2013, they started as a Trainee at Vietnam Datacommunication Company (VDC). Subsequently, from 2014 to 2015, they joined the Topica Edtech Group as a Management Trainee in three different departments. During this time, they achieved notable successes, such as assisting the Topica-Native brand project and developing the marketing report system. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Deputy Manager of the Research Market & Development Center at EDUTOP 64, where they successfully conducted research, analyzed customer insights, and developed and marketed the "Open Learning Credit" program. In 2016, they returned to the Topica Edtech Group as the Manager of the Marketing Recruitment Department, optimizing recruitment operations and developing a new recruitment talent program. In 2017, they founded Roofboom Coffee and simultaneously worked as its CEO. They also worked at TOP ENGLISH THAILAND JSC as the Deputy Director of the Global Marketing Recruitment Center, where they achieved significant improvements in recruitment capacity and cost reduction. Finally, in 2018 and 2019, they held various roles at the Topica Edtech Group, including Director of the C&B department and Director of the Talent Acquisition and Training Center, where they managed staff, optimized recruitment processes, and built candidate databases. In 2019, they co-founded Proxglobal. Overall, Nguyen Ngoc Tam has demonstrated extensive experience in leadership, recruitment, marketing, and business development across multiple industries.
Nguyen Ngoc Tam completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the National Economics University in Vietnam from 2011 to 2015. In addition, Tam also obtained several certifications including "Change Management" and "Building high trust collaboration" courses from VietnamWorks in 2018, "Building a productive learning culture" course from VietnamWorks in 2017, and "Team leadership for robust performance" course from VietnamWorks in 2017. Tam also won the Third prize in the scientific research contest at the National Economic University in 2014.
