Alicia Barber

Alicia Barber, SPHR, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alicia is currently working at TopLine Financial Credit Union as the Vice President of Human Resources and also holds the position of Vice President. Prior to that, they worked at TopLine Federal Credit Union for several years, starting as the Director of Human Resources and later becoming the AVP- Human Resources. Alicia gained experience in the field of human resources at Nuclear Management Company as a Senior HR Consultant. Alicia also held various management roles at different companies, including Mission Healthcare - Bethel Care Center, Walker Methodist, Marshall's TJX Company, Linens N Things, and Circuit City. Alicia'scareer began as a Sales Manager at American Income Life.
