Sarah Klay-Smit

Sarah Klay-Smit has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR-business partner and HRD Manager at TopMondzorg since January 2014. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as an HR Generalist at Bergman Clinics B.V. for a brief period in 2013, and as a consultant at Dental Care Professionals from September 2011 to September 2013. Sarah's career in HR began at Tergooiziekenhuizen, where the position of HR Adviseur was held from May 2006 to February 2011, and at KLM Catering Services, serving as HR Manager from October 1998 to March 2005. Academically, Sarah Klay-Smit completed a doctoraal examen in Psychology, specializing in work and organization at Rijksuniversiteit Leiden from 1988 to 1993, and previously attained a VWO-eindexamen at Gemeentelijk Gymnasium Hilversum.
