Denise Jagger

Denise Jagger is an experienced governance professional with a strong background in independent directorships and trustee roles. Currently serving as Senior Independent Director at Reach plc and Non Executive Director at Topps Tiles, Denise also holds a trustee position with the National Trust. Previous roles include Chair of the Remuneration Committee at CLS Holdings plc and Pool Reinsurance Company Limited, alongside a tenure as Chair of Council at the University of York. Denise has a comprehensive legal education, holding an LLB from the University of Warwick and a Post Graduate Degree in EU Studies from Universite de Nice.
