Craig Matusinski

Craig Matusinski is an experienced eCommerce professional currently serving as the Manager of eCommerce Order Management at The Topps Company since February 2021. In this role, Craig ensures seamless order processing from the eCommerce backend to fulfillment partners and addresses technical issues with the development team. Previously, as Manager of eCommerce Consumer Relations, Craig successfully built a consumer relations team to address the needs of a rapidly growing eCommerce site, achieving significant improvements in customer service metrics. Craig's background includes leadership positions in various companies, including serving as eCommerce & Social Media Director at Kevins Worldwide, and Director of eCommerce at Hudson's Bay Company, overseeing large teams and multiple retail websites. Craig's extensive experience is complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Scranton.
