Kumar Sushant

Kumar Sushant has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2013, they began their career as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they managed data extraction, transfer, and loading for a Public-Sector Bank. Kumar optimized the report generation process and reduced generation time by 20%, and reorganized the ETL process, resulting in a 30% reduction in loading time.

In 2015, Sushant joined Oracle India Pvt. Ltd as an IT Consultant, where they were responsible for managing provisioning, implementation, and production support for global clients. Kumar analyzed and implemented architectural changes based on customer requirements and played a pivotal role in gathering stakeholder's requirements and coordinating work allocation.

From 2017 to 2017, Sushant worked as a Market Research Intern at Ebryx (Pvt.) Ltd., conducting a market research study and strategy assignment for Managed Cyber Security Services in the UAE market. Kumar prepared competitor and macro analysis, formulated an entry strategy, and devised offerings and pricing models for cyber security solutions.

In 2018, Sushant transitioned to Barnes & Noble, Inc. as an Associate Product Manager. Kumar held this role until 2020, overseeing product management activities and contributing to the development and enhancement of products.

Currently, Sushant is employed as a Product Manager at Toprankers, a position they have held since May 2020. In this role, they are responsible for product management, ensuring the successful development and launch of new products.

Kumar Sushant completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from B. M. S. College of Engineering in the years 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in business management and strategy at S P Jain School of Global Management from 2017 to 2018.
