Lars Hestnes

Lars Hestnes serves as the Regional Manager for Avd. Vestfold at Toptemp since August 2014, where responsibilities include enhancing the job placement experience for candidates and clients. Previously, Lars held the position of Senior Recruiting & Staffing Consultant at Top Temp IT bemanning from March 2013 to August 2014 and worked as a Key Account Manager at both Mediehuset Tek AS and StepStone between February 2010 and February 2013. Lars also served as a Senior Sales Consultant at Danske Bank from August 2008 to December 2009, specializing in Corporate Card services. Early in the career, Lars worked in various sales and customer service roles at SEB Kort from August 2001 to June 2008. Lars holds a Bachelor's degree in Reiseliv og Turisme from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, completed in 2001.
