André Broekema

André Broekema is an experienced ICT consultant currently employed at TopX Group since May 2016. Prior to this, Broekema held various roles at the University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG) from January 2008 to May 2016, including Coordinator of functional management in Radiology and Product Owner for the Dicom Communications System, overseeing a team and managing the integration of medical imaging solutions. Broekema also has a background in web development and server hosting as the owner of OACreations from March 2004 to March 2008, and provided technical support for PACS at UMCG's Radiology department between September 2005 and December 2007. Academically, Broekema earned a Bachelor of Science in Higher Informatics from Hanze University between 2003 and 2005, following studies at Hogeschool Drenthe from 2001 to 2003.
