Shirvan Khaligov

Shirvan Khaligov is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in various roles within the tech industry. Currently employed at PASHA Life and The Tor Project since 2023 and 2022 respectively, Shirvan has a strong background in software development. Prior positions include serving as a software developer at the Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan and at Ferrum Capital, as well as project consultant and educator at CompR Academy. Shirvan began the professional journey with an internship at Unibank focused on back-end development using ASP .NET. Shirvan holds a bachelor's degree in oriental studies from Baku State University, graduated in 2019.
