Shubhada Jambhekar

Shubhada Jambhekar has over 10 years of work experience. Shubhada began their career in 2009 as a Software Engineer at Umundo Inc, where they were responsible for application development in J2ME and RIM-Blackberry. Shubhada also worked as a Freelance Soft Skills Trainer, providing training at various academies and taking sessions at seminars. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Communication & Soft Skills Trainer at Wincito Solutions, where they were responsible for behavioural training, English training, and communication training. Shubhada then worked as a Freelance Communication and Soft Skills Trainer and Content Developer from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Torana Inc. as an Assistant Manager (HR Operations), where they managed HR operations, including employee recruitment, on-boarding, performance evaluation, employee engagement, and relieving of the resources. In 2020, they began working as a Visiting Faculty - Organizational Behaviour at Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, where they co-taught Organizational Behaviour to 2nd year Information Technology students.

Shubhada Jambhekar attended Shri Ramdeobaba Kamla Nehru Engineering College from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Nagpur University.
