Alex Fong

Alex Fong is an accomplished Process Engineer at Torani since January 2021, leading process design for new products and spearheading continuous improvement projects that significantly reduce production downtime. Previously, Alex served as a Manufacturing Technology Engineer at Cargill, where initiatives included leading Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and downtime, automating production processes for efficiency, and enforcing best practices across site operations. With a background as a Production Supervisor in a flour mill, significant enhancements were made in product quality and line capacity. Alex also has experience as a Project Engineer, contributing to substantial cost savings and efficiency improvements in production operations. Educationally, Alex graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2017.
