Craig Wilske

Craig Wilske is an experienced production manager with a robust background in the food processing industry. Craig has been with Torani (R. Torre & Co.) since January 2017, overseeing production management. Prior experience includes a decade at Diamond Foods, Inc., where Craig was responsible for the snack processing division, directly supervising 80 production associates across multiple shifts for various processing operations. Craig's earlier roles at Diamond Foods included packaging engineering and production supervision, contributing to the successful launch of new SKUs and managing extensive packaging operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
