Dylan Boulter

Dylan Boulter is an experienced professional currently serving as a Public Access, Channels & Systems Officer and Civica Support Team Leader at Torbay Council since January 2010. In addition, Dylan has been a Partner at Devon Portfolio, a photography venture in the South West, since 2005. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Photographic and Electronic Imaging Sciences from the University of Westminster, obtained between 1993 and 1996, and an Inst Dip in Communication Studies, focusing on Advertising & Marketing, from Solent University, completed from 1989 to 1991.
