Mark Hammett

Mark Hammett currently serves as the Strategic Support Manager at Torbay Council since May 2017, following a role as Programme Manager at Somerset County Council from September 2013 to April 2017. Mark's career in local government includes positions such as Project Manager and Learning Support Programme Manager at Devon County Council and Torbay Council, respectively. Mark's educational background includes a PGCE in History from St. Martin's College and a B.A. (Hons) in Politics from Lancaster University, along with A-Levels in History, English Literature, and Politics from South Devon College.
