Darren Gardner is an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in the fields of autonomy and engineering. At Torc Robotics since July 2021, Darren has collaborated with multiple divisions to align recruitment processes with business needs while managing end-to-end recruitment for niche roles in the United States and Canada. Prior to this, Darren served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom, focusing on establishing strong connections between clients and candidates, which improved hiring efficiency. From May 2015 to December 2018, Darren led engineering talent recruiting at Zoom, where outreach and networking with senior engineers enhanced workforce productivity. Darren holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Quantitative Finance from James Madison University, obtained in 2014.
