Nitika Goenka

Nitika Goenka has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Currently, they are working as a Senior Data Scientist at Infomo Global Limited since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Professor at UPES from July 2018 to August 2022. Nitika held the position of Assistant Professor at the same company from July 2018 to July 2022 as well.

Before joining UPES, Nitika Goenka worked at Samsung Electronics as a Lead Engineer from March 2016 to April 2018. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Samsung Electronics from August 2013 to March 2016.

Their earlier work experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Verizon Data Services from June 2011 to July 2013.

Nitika Goenka has a strong educational background in the field of computer science. Nitika obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they completed in 2014. Their academic journey continued with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from UPES, which they began in 2018 and is ongoing.

In addition to their formal education, Nitika Goenka has also pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Nitika obtained a Microservices certification from Xebia Academy in August 2020, a Virtual Teacher certification from Coursera in June 2020, a Test Automation certification from Xebia Academy in January 2020, and a Build and Release Management certification, also from Xebia Academy, in January 2019. Nitika further holds an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer certification obtained from Oracle in November 2012.
