David Xie

David Xie has a background in investment banking, with experience at Torch Partners and London Strategic Consulting. David also has experience in valuations and stamp duty at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, and served as a Section Commander at the Singapore Armed Forces' 41st Singapore Armoured Regiment.
