Allison Marie Rhen

Allison Marie Rhen currently serves as a Senior Manager at Torch Technologies, Inc. since June 2023, overseeing the Mission Support Division as an acting manager. Rhen holds the position of Vice Chair for the National Defense Industrial Association's National Membership Leadership Council, actively contributing to national security support through industry collaboration. As a member and past President of the Tennessee Valley Chapter of Women In Defense, Rhen promotes women's advancement in national security. Rhen's extensive experience includes leadership roles in various organizations, including as President of the Huntsville Association of Technical Societies and HASBAT, focusing on small business advocacy. Previously, Rhen served as Executive Vice President of Operations at MJLM Engineering & Technical Services and has a robust background in logistics and operations management from the US Army. Rhen holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Texarkana and dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Business Management from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
