Christopher Clay

Christopher Clay is a seasoned strategic planner with extensive experience in defense and military operations. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Planner and USSPACECOM Site Lead at Torch Technologies, Inc. since July 2020, Christopher integrates Global Sensor Management capabilities into various mission sets, including Space Domain Awareness and Missile Defense. Previous roles include Senior Strategic Planner at Loch Harbour Group, Operations Engineer at LinQuest, and Chief of Plans at the 32nd Army Air & Missile Defense Command, showcasing expertise in homeland defense, missile defense planning, and operational strategy. With a strong educational background, including a Master's in Engineering/Industrial Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Tulane University, Christopher has demonstrated leadership in training future military leaders and optimizing complex organizational structures across multiple defense entities.
