Pat Waller

Pat Waller is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving at Torch Technologies, Inc. since March 2019, where responsibilities include test resource management and support for BMDS flight tests. Prior to this role, Pat worked as a Senior Test Engineer at Millennium Engineering and Integration from February 2016 to March 2019, focusing on flight test deployment and sustainment of the THAAD missile system. Pat's military background includes a notable tenure with the United States Air Force from June 1998 to January 2018, serving as the Director of the Joint Reserve Intelligence Support Element, overseeing a large team conducting worldwide intelligence analysis. Additionally, Pat was a Senior System Engineer at Radiance Technologies from August 2002 to February 2016, managing logistics and transportation for the first operational test of the U.S. ballistic missile defense system.
