Heather Conklin

Heather Conklin is an experienced Chief Operating Officer at Torch, having previously worked at Salesforce in various high-level product management roles. At Torch, Heather leads multiple teams and drives company strategy and operations. Prior to this, Heather was responsible for leading Trailhead at Salesforce, a learning platform for skill development within the Salesforce ecosystem. Heather has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Logistics/Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland.
