Susan Falcone

Susan Falcone has worked in the design industry since 1994. Susan began their career as a Product Development Coordinator at Blue Fish, followed by a Graphic Designer role at Disc Makers. From 1996 to 1999, they worked as a Sr. Graphic Designer at CATALENO & CO., INC. and St. Jacques Marketing. In 2000, they became Creative Director at CAG Design and founded Envoi Design Group, where they held the same role until 2020. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Personal Development Coach at Powering Possible. In 2012, they became a Customer Experience Manager (Experience & Service Design) at Hair Direct, and in 2020 they joined Build with Ferguson as a Senior/Lead Product Designer (UX/UI). Currently, they are a Senior Manager, Product Design and a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) at Torch.

Susan Falcone has a diverse educational background. Susan has a BFA in Graphic Design from Moore College of Art and Design. Susan also holds certifications in UX Design from Springboard, Customer Experience Specialist from CX University, Comprehensive Coaching from Coach Training Institute, and Psychology from County College of Morris. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CSS3, HTML5, Data Analytics for Managers, Community Management Advanced Skills, Community Manager, and Community Strategist from various institutions.
