Joshua Erdman

Joshua Erdman is currently the CEO at Torchlight Marketing. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at TekTegrity, Inc. from January 2014 to May 2017. During their time at TekTegrity, Joshua was responsible for strategic planning for clients’ future IT plans, improving company operations and customer relations, and creating solutions for frustrated clients. Joshua also improved TekTegrity’s documentation system and engaged in continual education to stay current on evolving security threats. In addition, Joshua served as a Board Member at Softec.org from September 2012 to August 2018.

Joshua Erdman has an Associate's degree in Engineering from Reedley Community College, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, WorkTraits Certified Trainer, Microsoft Small Business Specialist, and Cisco CCNA from the University of La Verne, WorkTraits, Microsoft, and Cisco respectively.
