Olga Karsch

Olga Karsch is a seasoned Russian linguist with extensive experience across various roles in interpretation and linguistics. Currently serving at Torden LLC, Olga previously worked as a Mission Support Specialist for U.S. Customs and Border Protection and held positions as a Linguist at Valiant Integrated Services and Welocalize, where expertise contributed to the development of tools for Russian artificial intelligence projects. Additional experience includes interpreting for the Department of Justice and various medical and administrative contexts, as well as monitoring quality for USCIS interviews. Educational credentials include a National Security Fellowship from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, a localization certificate from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Petersburg State University.
