Antonia Andrade

Antonia Andrade, CFE, has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within operations, franchising, administration, and finance. From 2007 to 2013, they served as a Unit Manager at El Pollo Loco, where they managed the operations of a high-volume restaurant. From 2012 to 2015, Antonia worked as an Independent Tax Preparer, preparing accurate and compliant tax returns for individuals and small businesses. In 2015, they joined TORO TAXES FRANCHISE as a Franchise Administrator and later advanced to the role of VP of Franchise Operations. During their tenure, Antonia supported the onboarding and operations of new franchise locations and provided daily support to franchisees across various areas, such as store operations, tax support, marketing, and customer service. In 2024, Antonia took on two new roles simultaneously, becoming the Chief Operations Officer at Launchpad Business Development Tools and the VP of Franchising & Compliance at Quesadilla Gorilla, Inc. These roles emphasize their expertise in operations management, franchising, and compliance. Throughout their career, Antonia has consistently demonstrated their ability to optimize workflows, drive profitability, and support the growth and expansion of businesses.

Antonia Andrade, CFE has a diverse education history. In 2004-2007, they attended Anaheim High School and completed their High School education in the field of General Education. Antonia then pursued further education in Business Administration, receiving a Certificate of Achievement - Business from the North Orange County Regional Occupational Program in 2007-2008. Antonia later obtained a Certificate of Completion in Business Income Tax from the American Tax Club, Inc in 2018-2019. Alongside their education, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from CFE in February 2022, Xero Advisor Certified from Xero in December 2019, and being a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) from the Internal Revenue Service. Their additional certifications also include being a Registered Tax Preparer and being listed in the National Directory of Registered Tax Return Preparers and Professionals Ltd.
