Adam Bower

Adam Bower is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical and systems engineering, currently serving as Design Engineer IV at The Toro Company since June 2023, focusing on lithium-ion battery projects. Prior roles include System Engineering Manager and Senior Systems Engineer II at Fluence, where significant contributions were made in developing systems engineering processes for grid-scale energy storage systems. Adam's career also includes substantial tenure at Cummins Inc., leading electrical design for mobile electric hybrid power sources and generator sets, alongside roles as Senior Product Engineer and Electrical Engineer.
