Hanan Barakat

Hanan Barakat is a Senior Director of Strategic Procurement at Toronto Community Housing since September 2023. Prior to this role, Hanan held positions such as Manager of Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management at MPAC, Strategic Sourcing Manager at Plexxus, and Sourcing Manager at The Home Depot Canada. With a background in Chemistry from The American University in Cairo and a CSCMP designation from the Supply Chain Management Association of Ontario, Hanan has also taught Procurement and Logistics at Sheridan College. Throughout the years, Hanan has gained valuable experience in procurement and strategic sourcing roles across various industries.
