Candace Heron

Candace Heron is currently a Supervisor of Claims Management at Toronto Hydro. Candace has extensive experience in the field of insurance, having worked as a Claim Support Services Supervisor at Desjardins General Insurance Group from March 2013 to May 2018, and as a Bodily Injury Claims Representative at State Farm from November 2011 to March 2013.

Candace is highly skilled in managing performance, coaching, developing and team building. Candace is also experienced in investigating and settling first and third party motor vehicle personal injury claims.

Candace is a highly dedicated and hardworking individual who always strives to achieve the best possible outcome for their clients. Candace is a valuable asset to any team and is sure to continue to be a success in whatever they do.

Candace Heron has a Bachelor of Arts from Brock University in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration from Utica University in Economic Crime and Fraud Management, and is a Chartered Insurance Professional from the Insurance Institute of Canada. Candace is working towards their Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
