Beth Anderson-Forrest

Beth Anderson-Forrest is an experienced human resources leader with a focus on talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent and Director of Organizational Development at Greater Toronto Airports Authority since April 2015, Beth previously held significant roles at Microsoft Canada, BlackBerry, Advanced Micro Devices, Leitch Technology Corporation, and Beamscope Canada Inc. Notably, at Microsoft Canada, Beth was responsible for the execution of the People Strategy in alignment with broader corporate priorities. Throughout the career, accomplishments include implementing performance management systems and leading numerous talent management initiatives globally. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from the University of Guelph and a degree in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
