Andrew Rivers

Andrew Rivers is an experienced professional in disability management and client services, currently serving as Claims Lead in the Wellness Unit at Toronto Police Service since January 2020. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions at Morneau Shepell from August 2011 to October 2019, including Director of Client Experience & Service Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed the management of client service teams and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Andrew's extensive background includes roles as a Disability Case Manager at Manulife Financial, and Clinical Kinesiologist at CBI Health Group, among others. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Western University.
