Laura Tocker

Laura Tocker is an experienced events management professional with a robust background spanning over two decades in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager Events at the Toronto Region Board of Trade since October 2021, Laura has previously held positions such as Event Manager and Exhibitor Services Coordinator at Xibita, where management of tradeshow logistics was a key responsibility. Laura's earlier experience includes serving as Principal Event Planner at Tocker Event Solutions, where freelance event planning and project management were central, and as an Events Coordinator at Hill & Knowlton Canada, supporting a wide range of public relations-related events. Educational qualifications include a degree in Events and Meetings Management from George Brown College and a degree in Public Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires.
