Mercy Kiprono

Mercy Kiprono is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in operations and social entrepreneurship. Currently serving in an operations role at Turaco since February 2023, Mercy is also a co-founder of Toropal, a position held since January 2019. As the founder of GuardFem Organisation and BankFem Limited since December 2017, Mercy focuses on educating communities to eradicate Female Genital Mutilation and early marriage while promoting access to education for girls in rural Kenya. Mercy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, and Statistics from Kenyatta University (2018-2022) and has furthered education at Harvard Business School (2022-2023).
