Sarita Simbhoo

Sarita Simbhoo has a wealth of experience in business development, engineering, and IT. Sarita began their career in 2013 as a Maximo Technician with Methanex Corporation. In 2014, they took on the role of IT Manager (Contract) with Sacha Cosmetics Limited, and also worked as a Helpdesk Analyst Tier 1 with Columbus Communications Curacao N.V. (Flow/CBS). In 2016, they were a Helpdesk Support Specialist Tier 2 with Massy Communications and an Application Analyst with Grupo Unicomer / Unicomer Group. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as an Executive Director Business Development and Trainer with Torq-Comm International Inc., a Latin America Business Development Manager and System Engineer with Surialke Marketing and Industrial Services Limited, a Consultant with DXB Capital, and a Business Development and Engineering Consultant with ARGUS ENGINEERING AND BUSINESS CONSULTANCY LTD.

Sarita Simbhoo's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Software Engineering from Goldsmiths, University of London from 2008 to 2013. Sarita also attended Asja Girls College San Fernando Trinidad from 2003 to 2008. In 2019, they obtained ECITB TIMJI 10, 18 and 19 Level 2 and ECITB Level 3 TIMJI 10,18 & 19 ICE Inspector from The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB). Additionally, they are currently studying for a PMP from SBCS - Global Learning Institute, which they are expected to obtain in February 2022. Furthermore, they have obtained Qualified Bolting Specialist from ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) and Mechanical Joint Integrity 10, 18, 19 from ECITB (Engineering Construction Industry Training Board).
